Dr Beth McLeod

Dr Beth McLeod completed her primary degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. At the conclusion of her time as a post graduate in Paediatrics, Gynaecology and Emergency medicine, she went into private practice.  After running a Family practice for 20 years she decided to focus on Women’s medicine and the concept of FEMINA HEALTH was born. FEMINA HEALTH opened its doors in November 2011 based in Kloof, KwaZulu Natal.

FEMINA HEALTH is a group practice comprising women who provide special areas of care primarily for women. These include General Medicine, routine gynaecology, aesthetic medicine, psychology, psychiatry, dietetics and physiotherapy. Her team are all specialists in their fields and together can offer a comprehensive medical service to all patients. FEMINA HEALTH does however also provide care for men and children.

Dr Beth has trained on Advanced Laser and holds both a Certificate and Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr Beth has 2 children and lives in Kloof. Her interests include mountain biking, adventuring in wild places, rock climbing and appreciating experiences with friends and family.

Her involvement outside the practice include:
– Cycling4mobility : Dr Beth founded this charity organization where funds are raised to provide wheelchairs for the disabled.
– MCSA(KZN) Beth is currently a member of the KZN section of the Mountain Club of South Africa.
– She is also an active member of the MCSA Rescue team.

Her mission statement is ”We treat, God heals”.
